 2004 / 5 End of Season Honours

Presentation evening went very well and a good time was had by all. The following awards were presented:
 
Jack Rowlands (St Stephen's) Managers player of the year
Bradley Norris (Oldfield Park) Players player of the year
Paris Grappy (WASPS) Best player in the Jersey Tournament
Kristian Scott (Kingswood) Most improved player of the year
William Oswin (Newbridge) Top Scorer
Jamie Smithies (Chandag) Ivor Powell Trophy
also:
Ryan Moore (Chandag) Best kept Jersey log book
Alexander Jacobs (St Mary's) Best kept Jersey log book
 
All players received a plaque recognising their achievement of becoming part of the squad and Jamie and Charlie both received commemorative shields for being this years Captains. Nikki Norris was presented flowers for being this years kit manager as was Marie Rose Scott for organising the buffet (which ws excellent). Dave Hedges received a bottle of wine for his help in training and in Managing the team in the Regional Finals. Kevin Smithies received an engraved key ring as well as a bottle of wine and some golfing accessories for managing the web site.
 
Tim added the following:

"Thank you to everyone who came on Saturday night.  Mrs Scott and Mrs Reed did a fantastic job of organising the food and the parents really did come up trumps; i have not eaten so well in a long time! 

Also, a big thank you to both sets of players and their families for the fantastic gifts, which were a lovely surprise."

 
The Bath Chronicle Awards were announced 11/5/05. We won the School Team award and Tim was a top nominee for the Judge's award. Click here to see the report.
